EMF

An Event Management Form (EMF) is a form that we use to collect information about events that happen on campus. They’re important for ensuring that your event is safe and covered by insurance in case anything goes wrong. These pages will support you in understanding why we require EMFs, how to fill one out correctly, and who to contact if your event has any special requirements. 

If your event requires an EMF and you don’t submit one, your event will be cancelled.
