Sabbatical Officers

York SU has seven elected Sabbatical Officers who act as representatives for you at University. They do this through meetings with senior members of the University and other key people in the community, as well as playing a part in York SU campaigns, working closely with Colleges and their student committees.

Sabbatical Officers can work with you on any campaigns, issues, ideas, improvements that affect students in your College community or wider University communities. 

College Chairs and Presidents work closely with the Union President, meeting weekly during term time to discuss campaigns and issues affecting students. If you would like to contribute to these meetings, speak with your Chair or President.
